Warwick Valley Winery Harvest Moon Recipes

 
White Sangria

750ml. bottle Warwick Valley Winery Harvest Moon
1 cup white cranberry-peach drink
1/2 cup peach nectar
1/2 cup peach schnapps
2 lemons, cut in 1/2-inch slices
2 oranges, cut in 1/2-inch slices
2 ripe white peaches, cut into wedges
1/4 cup granulated sugar, if desired
Cub soda
Fresh mint sprigs

In a large pitcher, combine the Harvest Moon, cranberry-peach drink, peach nectar, schnapps, lemons, oranges, peaches and sugar and stir gently. Garnish with fresh mint. Refrigerate several hours, but preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to develop.

 

White Sangria Kir

750ml. bottle Warwick Valley Winery Harvest Moon
1 cup (8 oz) American Fruits black currant liqueur
2 lemons, cut in 1/2-inch slices
2 oranges, cut in 1/2-inch slices
1 cup black currants
1/4 cup granulated sugar, if desired
Club soda
Fresh mint sprigs

In a large pitcher, combine the Harvest Moon, black currant liqueur, lemons, oranges, and sugar and stir gently. Garnish with fresh mint. Refrigerate several hours, but preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to develop. Top with club soda if desired.
