Warwick Valley Winery was conceived in an abandoned apple orchard. Our first product was "hard cider."

It was produced after extensive research including memorable trips to the cider producing areas of France & England.

Our goal was and still is to produce a world-class product. AND it appears we have succeeded.

Three recent rewards our cider has received :

Doc's Draft Hard Apple Cider

The original—a healthy alternative to beer. At 4.5 percent alcohol, it has only 40% of the calories of beer.

Doc's Strawberry Fields

This cider is re-fermented with strawberries, increasing the alcohol content to 5%. The fruit adds a wonderful aroma and taste to the cider.
