Fundamentals of Small Batch Distillation
The Warwick Valley Winery & Black Dirt Distillery will offer distilling classes every Saturday in the Month of March. Classes are conducted in our fully functioning distillery. Your Instructor, Jason Grizzanti, is an experienced master distiller and business owner.
Our distilling class is designed to provide a foundation to individuals wanting to learn about distilling and the craft industry.
This Distilling Class will teach you all aspects of brandy, gin and whiskey production. Open discussion and Q&A between students and the Instructor is highly encouraged.
This 1 day course will be offered every Saturday in the month of March (March 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd & 29th) and is limited to 15 people. Class will begin in the distillery promptly at 11am and conclude around 2:00pm.

Our bakery offers fresh breads, pastries and specialty items, all prepared by our Culinary Institute of America trained chefs.
Every autumn, our guests are invited to enjoy our lavish orchards and Pick-Your-Own apples and Pears. Pear picking begins in August. Apples begin to ripen shortly thereafter in early September. With thirty varieties we have an apple for every palate.

Pané, our Bakery & Café, is open Friday through Sunday from 12-4pm for lunch featuring performances outside on the patio, weather permitting, or inside on Doc's Cider House stage.
Our pet policy is as follows: Pets are allowed on the lawn on a leash and must be picked up after. Per Health Code, we do not permit dogs in our Tasting room or Dining areas. The only exception are certified service dogs.
